There are no real short cuts to transforming your body into an image of fitness, strength and vitality. But if you want to make sure you stay on track to getting, and keeping, the ripped body you so crave, then the following five tips will certainly help you achieve your goals.

1- Keep it regular. Whatever you training regime, you have to maintain the discipline to keep it going, day after day, week after week. Without this habit, your muscle memory and growth can not sustain itself and you will constantly be reverting back to your original shape and almost starting from scratch.Didn’t catch that? 2- Eat well. No one gets that lean look buy filling up with junk food and soda. You have to feed your muscle with good quality protein and fuel your body with complex carbohydrates. Fruit and vegetables give you the minerals and vitamins you require and supplements can be added to this firm nutritional foundation.

3- Set targets. One of the main causes of burnouts and abandoned training programs is the failure to make goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Achieving a daily goal gives you encouragement rather than grinding it out with the end months, or even years away.

4- Visualize- Take the time to picture yourself in that new, ripped and amazing body. Relax and believe you are well on your way to achieving your goal, programming your mind and body to head for that image and turn it into reality.

5- Find some company. Working out day after day can be an isolating experience if you are going it alone. Find others who are trying to achieve similar goals in order to create a positive support network. You are more likely to hit the gym on a cold day if not going means letting someone down.
